Great post! I agree completely with this picture! One thing I’ve found to be extremely helpful and useful as a supplement to my current diet/exercise plan is Fullbar (www.fullbar.com). Not only do their products help you lose weight, they help keep the pounds from coming back!
i agree with this post if you eat what you have always eaten then you weigh what you have always weighed. if you not controlling your diet and eat whatever you want then you cannot lose weight even if you are doing exercises , workouts. but if you have control in your diet then you can maintain fitness.

I’m afraid I can’t remember where I saw this (maybe the WW magazine?) but:
You can’t complain about the weight you didn’t lose after the workout you didn’t do.
Oh yes. Better said than my old mantra “If what you are doing now isn’t working, you must do something different.”
