Reply ↓ zaini June 13, 2012 • 3:14 pm i agree with this post if you eat what you have always eaten then you weigh what you have always weighed. if you not controlling your diet and eat whatever you want then you cannot lose weight even if you are doing exercises , workouts. but if you have control in your diet then you can maintain fitness.
