Yesterday was a better day.   I worked out, ate a little better, watched a movie, and went to Walmart.  That’s it. That was my day.  Nothing special to report.

Food summary:  made better choices yesterday. Can’t remember everything I ate, but I felt good about it.  Made some white chili for dinner that was a little too spicy, so my tummy was a little ticked at me last night, but other than that I felt good.

Exercise summary:  Did 34 minutes on the elliptical and an hour and a half walking around Wal Mart.

The Results:  down 1 pound. Back at 161.
