Hey gang! 

The iChange 30 Day program needs a few more team members!  The team is going to consist of 10 people total, and there are 2 spots already filled (I’m one of them), so according to my college-education math skillz, that leaves 8 spots still open.  Would any of you like to join me?  You get to work one on one (via email & texts) with a Registered Dietician, you get a customized meal plan (don’t let that scare you – you get a say in what you eat!), and you get the satisfaction of knowing you are getting started on that “get healthy” resolution you made last week.  The cost for the program is $9.99  –  you could probably pull that out of your couch cushions – so really this a good deal and I think it would be so fun to do this along with someone I know (virtually or in reality, either way works for me!). 

I wanted to do this because frankly, I get stuck in a rut when it comes to food, and I hope that I can learn a few tips and tricks about how to make my meals healthier.  I’m also going to try to get the fam on board with this one – my kids eat waaaayyyy too much junk food (it’s totally my fault, I know), so I hope to redeem myself at least a little.

Oh! And no, iChange didn’t ask me if I would put the word out, I offered to do it.  And no, you won’t hurt my feelings if you don’t want to do it, so don’t worry about telling me to buzz off!
