Challenge of the Day – Day 9

Okay, today’s challenge:  abs. My squishy belly needs to see some action, so I’m going to do…hmm…shall I do a plank or some crunches?  Okay, I’ll do both!  I’m going to start with a one minute plank and then do 25 crunches, and then just for fun, I’m going to peruse these websites for some good belly laughs

    I’m not that good at planks. But I’ll work on the crunches. And I’ll try do do 2 30 second planks.

      Okay, why didn’t someone tell me planks were so hard???!!! I think got about 20 seconds in when I realized there was no way in heck I was gonna make it a full 60 seconds!!!
      Did my 25 crunches though!
