Challenge of the Day – day 3

It’s Saturday! A day to relax and unwind, and what better way to do that than a few minutes of YOGA?

Today I am going to do 30 minutes of a yoga dvd that I bought a couple of years ago (or was it last year?). It’s the Just My Size yoga for beginners.  Very relaxing and good for yoga novices like myself.

    Sounds lovely!

    I got my butt kicked doing my first 5K this morning! I could go for some (gentle) yoga!
