Holy cow guys. I did it.
I got up at 5 AM this morning and did 30 minutes on the treadmill before work.
Yeah, I can’t believe it either.
The working out in the afternoon thing just isn’t working out this week, so I decided that since I get up at 5:30 anyway, I can just as well get up at 5 and squeeze in a work out. I think God blessed me with a great night’s sleep, which made it easier to get up and going this morning and I managed to eek out 1.5 miles by walking a lot and jogging a little.
I may even do it again tomorrow!
Well, you are now officially my new hero this week! That is something I could never do, oh the lure of the snooze button.
I may be a machine.. but you are one crazy lady!! LOL Even I cant drag my butt out of bed to workout that early!! If it works for you though, then it is totally worth it.
As Hubby would say ” YEEEEEEEE-HAWWWW Girl… Thats the way to cowgirl up!”.. (yeah, I married a redneck! )
